Cornelia Bauer | Founder, CEO, DEIB Strategist
I am the founder of Cultureshape e.U., a consulting firm focused on shaping inclusive corporate cultures. With a deep commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEIB), I help organizations transform their workplaces into environments where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
With over 13 years of experience at Microsoft, I have held leadership roles in DEI, including Country DEIB Lead for Austria, Western Europe DEIB Lead, and Worldwide Director of Board Diversity & Inclusion. During my tenure, I worked closely with global teams to develop and implement strategies that foster inclusive and diverse work environments, resulting in measurable improvements in employee engagement and productivity.
As an advocate for social impact, I believe that integrating DEIB principles is not only a moral imperative but a strategic advantage. My approach is grounded in creating sustainable, positive change that aligns with both organizational goals and the broader mission of advancing equality and inclusion in the workplace.
